“What a remarkable young man! I always appreciate craftsman who love what they do, take pride in their work, and are fair. We had painting done in our basement, and the painter had a lamp that burned a hole through our tight weave berber carpet. Berber is very difficult to repair without showing seams. Jordan did an amazing job repairing it to where no one will ever know it was done! Excellent work at a very fair price. Highly, highly recommend this young man for any carpet repairs. He also took the time to give me great advice on carpet care, how to ensure new carpet is installed correctly, etc. Great Experience. Exceeded expectations.”
— Michael P“We are very pleased with the job Jordan of J's Floor Service did in our home. Following a minor water intrusion incident we needed a portion of the carpet padding replaced and the carpet stretched. Jordan's communication was excellent and he responded quickly with an estimate for the job. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed the job quickly and professionally for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!”
— Jonathan Bradley“Our dog tore up our bedroom carpet and put a hole in one spot. I sent Jordan a text Friday morning for a quote and Monday evening the repair was done for a very fair price and looks perfect. Would recommend to anyone needing a repair.”
